i've just finished watching the japanese drama Tokyo Tower 東京タワー . okay now u know what i've really been doing during my recess week (instead of studying hard. urgh)
but anyway this is one of the BEST dramas i've ever watched. okay not BEST but certainly the most meaningful one. it's very family based since the storyline is mainly abt the relationship between a son and his mother. as well as the friends he has in Tokyo and so on. really really really touching! and i think it's rather close to the heart. not just for me. for most of the young people i suppose. looking at the way we interact with our mums and friends.
and i'm still trying to find the soundtracks online. so difficult. lol.
whats more. the backdrop of most of the scenes is TOKYO TOWER! rahh. makes me miss Japan. and makes me miss the CREAM PUFFS from Chou Factory located in Tokyo Tower itself! but just staring at the structure itself awes me. especially at night when it's lighted. it's B-E-A-UTIFUL.
okay i took this photo when i was there. and therefore explains the not-so-good photography.
they have REALLY yummy cream puffs. seriously man!
talking about cream puffs which makes me link to doughnuts (they're all desserts/snacks anyway!) Donut Factory cheated me of one doughnut yesterday! i am so upset about it. not about the $1.20 but the service/integrity. i ordered 2 boxes of six with 2 Double Choc in each. because the double choc wasn't ready i had to wait. and so i did, (thought) i got them, and left happily. to my horror i found 1 double choc missing from one of the boxes, specifically MY box. RAHH.
and i couldn't possibly go back & request for it because they'll sure accuse me of eating it already. good thing i only queued for 15minutes or i will be really mad. maybe they were too busy but then again not alot of people then what! urgh. but well, a kind soul gave up one of his double chocolate doughnuts and so i had a complete set again! right Sua? :D
wheeeeeeee! (:i was just thinking. Donut Factory is enough to make people queue for 3hrs when they first started. what will the queuing time be IF they were to bring in Mister Donut from Japan? WOAHHH. i myself already spent 15mins standing at the display counter thinking which flavour of doughnut i should eat when i was there lah!
or maybe i was just being indecisive. as i have always been. heh.
**GOONG S IS GOING TO BE SCREENED ON CHANNEL U SOOOON! but i watched it already :D i will probably watch it again. SE7EN.
